The hotel location is PERFECT for convention attendees. I appreciated the ease of access to the convention center. The room was spacious, clean, and well kept. The bathroom had heated floors, a welcome addition.
The refrigerator provided in the room was rather small. It was difficult to store more than a few items.

The Beautiful King Room included ample space and a comfortable king-size bed. A large television was available, with clear instructions. The climate control was effective, maintaining a consistent temperature throughout my stay.

Fantastic Getaway!

The hotel's location was excellent. It was close to many restaurants and easily accessible by car. I visited during winter but am excited to return in the summer! The vibe was awesome, and I really want to experience it again. The indoor pool was great for the kids, too. They really loved it.
I think the communication at the reception could improve, as I found some information about the services a bit unclear.

The room was modern and clean. It included a comfy bed and crisp linens! The bathroom was super clean and very well-stocked, I was like royalty. I really appreciate that detail.

The hotel is right in the heart of the district, it's close to top restaurants and shops! I also really liked that many waterfront attractions are within easy walking distance. I definitely recommend visiting the harbor.

The breakfast buffet included excellent eggs Benedict, cooked perfectly! I appreciated that they also had a gluten-free option over a baked tomato. The restaurant's atmosphere was lovely, it was decorated for Christmas.

The staff was very nice and always smiling, always asking how they could help! The front desk and concierge were always available and ready to assist. Mimoza from reception was especially helpful and very understanding.

The gym was awesome with great equipment. I could keep up with my routine! Parking and valet were both convenient and easy to use, I never felt stressed. I felt safe leaving my car.

the location was decent with plenty of restaurants nearby.
I had trouble with the parking garage after checking out. It took nearly an hour because the gate wouldn't open. i also didn't appreciate the poor water pressure in the shower and its overly complex controls. this hotel needs to improve its exit system and modernize its shower fixtures

the free shuttle bus to the park was a great convenience for runners i also received complimentary bottled water upon departure the valet service was efficient and smooth the staff provided helpful maps for nearby dining spots it all made my visit smooth
google maps navigation sent me to the wrong side of the hotel which was inconvenient when trying to park a car

The room size felt very spacious to me. The bed was comfortable enough. The location is pretty good, near many points of interest.
The TV would not connect to my Netflix account. This was frustrating, especially considering how much time I planned to spend in the room. This felt a bit outdated compared to the rest of the hotel.
